• A Sunday lunch at the Royal Savoy

It was a lovely Sunday at the restaurant of the Royal Savoy Hotel, in Lausanne. A bunch of bloggers and journalists united for sharing a delicious meal altogether. I had the chance to seat with my beloved friend blogger Sofia Clara, and two gentlemen, both journalists. It was an interesting table with many subjects of discussions and of course, some incredible assiettes. We first went for four different entrees. We had some eggs with mushrooms, some quinoa salad including goat cheese and raspberries, knuckle terrine and seasonal asparagus with prosciutto. Each first meal were good and we shared every bite of those tasty plates. The concept is simple, served on Sundays,…

  • Seafood to die for

Not long ago, I was delightfully invited to a beautiful and famous Zürcher Hotel. Did you guess where? Yes, exactly, it was at The Dolder Grand, which overhangs the city of Zürich. This hotel is reaaaal. No kidding, I had heard so many incredible things about its architecture, interior design, service or the view. I swear everything is true. The view is simply breathtaking, you are over Zürich and its lake, surrounding by a green vegetation and the mountains at the horizons.  I was invited to savor some Italian seafood. You already know…, I love good food, and when it comes to fresh and Italian one, I just cannot resist. Who…

  • À La Fourchette: Basel

You know how much I love pretty and authentic coffee shops and bars. This is an important thing to me. My friends keep asking me more and more about nice places to go for having brunch or lunch in different Swiss cities. If I am travelling I never go to tourist traps. This is the kind of things that I hate, I rather go away from the plotted trails. I just hate those restaurants with no comfiness, no personality, and normal or boring food. If the word “cute” does not come out of my mouth when I am entering or ready to enter in a restaurant, and this is an…

  • Snow Isn’t Gone Yet

Nothing better than spending a sunny weekend in the Swiss Alps. I feel that my article fits perfectly the weather of this week. It is the end of April and it is freezing cold outside. I know that April is always capricious, but now we are talking about snow. It is insane! Anyways, if you are not into skiing (during the season) as many friends of mine, why not enjoying hot spring, such as in Leukerbad? It is the perfect situation. Fresh temperatures are holding snow in the mountains, which offers an amazing landscape with the sun and the thermal baths are not too hot anymore. It is the…

  • Goodbye Royal

Here I go with the last shooting and article about my weekend in style at the Royal Savoy. Just before leaving, I decided to shoot outside in front of the hotel. I was taking some pictures with my HelloKitty polaroid, received for my latest 23rd birthday… Ahahah I know what you must think, really still into HelloKitty at this age… this must be her Asian side. Seriously I love all these kind of cute pink gadget, haven’t you seen my iPhone case? The ripped jeans are from TopShop, but if you have read some previous posts you would know that I participated in a market and that I sold some of…

  • Pink in the Cigar Lounge

Still updating some posts from my stay at the beautiful Royal Savoy in Lausanne. We shot the look in the cigar lounge of the hotel. I know what you might think…Is she really smoking cigars?  To be honest, we just made the shooting there, because the room is quite nice with a good lightning. To be honest I don’t smoke. I tried once some Davidoff cigars, and at my biggest surprise enjoyed it. I believe that it was the n°2, I think it is one of their most popular cigars.  I wore this outfit for the dinner at the Brasserie Royal. I love matching pink and black together. I have never…

  • White Sand

All white everything, you say? I know I am usually into a total black outfit, but I felt like why not wearing only white (creme) for once. I kinda love monochrome’s outfits. Creme on creme, I would say for that one. After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the Royal Savoy, if you have seen the previous article, we shot this look in between the entrance of the hotel and its lobby. I am fond with this skirt bought back in February in one of my favourite shop in New York. As you already know, I love thrift shopping and especially in New York cause you can find some incredible things.…

  • My Royal Savoy Moment

Have you ever heard of the famous Royal Savoy Hotel in Lausanne? It has recently re-opened its doors to the guests and the spa should be available now, or if not, soon to be. As I am from Lausanne, I am pretty familiar with the hotels in the city, even though I had never spent a night at the Royal Savoy before. The hotel is synonym with aristocracy and bourgeoisie from the last century. It is a five stars hotel and has been completely renovated. During the renovation, they had to respect with some particularities of the architecture (classified “B” means they could modify some parts of the architecture). An…

  • Boho Rock

Here I come with my last outfit from my trip to New York. It was a bohemian rock kind of day. I love boho-rock vibes and so this incredible leather jacket from Diesel. I love love love it so much,  it rocks! Leather jackets are must-have to me, and with those fringes, it take the jacket to another and higher level. As you know, I like to wear black outfits and this one is one of my FAV. I am wearing a lovely necklace. I especially like it because its form is like a little bone, and I find it so cute. The jewelry brand is called LoveIs and is  based in…

  • Cafe Henrie

Olalala Cafe Henrie is another new discovery of my latest stay in New York. Be ready, cause I am not done yet to share adventures from my trip in the city. A little Frenchie place in between China Town and Lower East Side. Or the perfect place for having avocado toasts in the coolest atmosphere ever. I was already dying because of the colors of the furnitures in the café. Baby blue turquoise and pastel pink got me crazy and you have not tasted their food yet! Concerning the lighting piece of art, I did not realize what it was until one of the cool waitresses came to me…
