Lovely Lunch at LaDurée
Not long ago I savored a delicious lunch at the new restaurant LaDurée in Geneva. As you know already from blogs, Instagram, and other newspapers, LaDurée just opened a tea-room and restaurant at the Four Season Hôtel des Bergues. The place is simply magical, it is like a fairy tale. The famous designer and architect, India Mahdavi, who also imagined the incredible pink restaurant and bar, Sketch in Mayfair, London, is the one to celebrate for the space. I have been blogging for a while and some people think that they can say if a look is or is not a fashion “faux pas”. I just find it stupid. Who exactly are you to say that? I believe that style is part of personality and it gets shaped with trends, experiences and years, just by living. I think you need to feel good in your clothes and that is all that matter. Shopping and Shooting at Fashion Fish Outlet
Do you know that we have a few outlets in Switzerland? I actually know two, one in the region from Lausanne, in Aubonne, and the other one in the canton of Aarau, more precisely in Schönenwerd. Something that makes the outlet in Aarau, Fashion Fish, special is that the Swiss shoemaker Bally comes from Schönenwerd. I love Bally. I know the brand from my mother. My first designer shoes were from Bally, some vintage ones. I still wear them and love them so much. The outlet offers many boutiques, including a very spacious one from Bally. KENZO BOMBER
Bomber jackets are my thing and you probably know it already. I do have a pastel fake fluffy bomber, so I could not go away from that one when I first saw it! Half Bun a Day
Okay, so I have been doing this half bun since I wasn’t expecting my hair to be that short. I guess it is fine because they will grow fast, as it is for me usually, but more seriously, I like this haircut, although I am not feeling it 100 per cent. I used to always say to one of my closest friend, Naomi – with who I lived for two years in a shared flat, that salads are super duper boring. Gala Dinner in Black
Following the beautiful and special day at the Concours d’Elegance, a gala dinner was organized at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues. The hotel is located on the Quai du Mont-Blanc, in Geneva, offering a lovely view on the Rhône and the city of Geneva. I wore a black outfit combining one of my favorite elegant and flared trousers from Helmut Lang and a see-through with a backless and long sleeves shirt. All the Feelings at the Metropole Hotel
As promised, I am sharing with you, my hotel room at the beautiful Metropole Hotel, in Geneva. It was a wonderful weekend of June, in between my finals, I stayed at the hotel as I was attending a few events in and around Geneva. A Sunday lunch at the Royal Savoy
It was a lovely Sunday at the restaurant of the Royal Savoy Hotel, in Lausanne. A bunch of bloggers and journalists united for sharing a delicious meal altogether. I had the chance to seat with my beloved friend blogger Sofia Clara, and two gentlemen, both journalists. It was an interesting table with many subjects of discussions and of course, some incredible assiettes. We first went for four different entrees. Not long ago, I was delightfully invited to a beautiful and famous Zürcher Hotel. Did you guess where? Yes, exactly, it was at The Dolder Grand, which overhangs the city of Zürich. This hotel is reaaaal. No kidding, I had heard so many incredible things about its architecture, interior design, service or the view. I swear everything is true.
