Attending the Famous SIHH 2K17

SIHH or Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie happens once a year (in January) in Geneva and is one of the most famous watches and jewelry fair next to BaselWolrd. If you are Swiss there is no need to precise how important is the watch industry in our country, but if you don’t really know about it, the SIHH is presenting the Richemont group that includes IWC, MontBlanc, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Parmigiani, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Vacheron Constantin and many more stunning Maisons.

It was such a privilege for me to be attending this year SIHH. I was very excited and quite stressed about it. The watch industry is unfortunately still a men’s world and everybody know each other – it’s a closed luxurious bubble. Nevertheless, it was pretty amazing to discover the fair in general, the stands of each house and their incredible novelties. I was so impressed during press conferences to be able to touch or wear such masterpieces.
