• Classic & Elegant

You might have realised that I am totally into UBER. Okay, true, I am still waiting for UBER to come to Lucerne. Some people have told me that the whole concept and company is unfair to taximen and their profession, but I am not really okay with this statement. First of all, I am still a student. Paying more than the double price of an UBER course, by taking a normal taxi, does not make me hesitate. I doubt that many people would be willing the pay double or triple of their course if they could not. Plus, I am a digital person, I am so into apps, no need to…

  • Retro’s Calling

Flared jeans, fringed bag and faux fur are synonymous to retro vibes. What do you think about those flared trousers? A bunch of my friends think it’s from an old school style and that nobody should go back to this trend. I personally love it! I used to wear these “patte d’éléphant” as we call them in french, because the trousers have the same form as elephants feet. I like how they highlight your silhouette and shapes.  I got inspiration from the seventies for this look, I mean it is kind of an hippie one but still staying quite sophisticated. The bag is a very old one that I purchased in…

  • When Retro meets Modernity

As you may (or not) know, I love shopping in thrift shops and flea markets. I think it is so different than just ordering from the Internet, like online shopping or even going out in well-known brand stores. Something that I like particularly is antiquing  for a special piece of clothes, accessory or even furniture. I love spending time to look through and thinking that an object has already lived before and was not just made from the fabric to the boutique. I guess that I like the story of a product and telling stories as well. When you think that this was the favourite bag of your mother at your…

  • Retro Shorts

I love mixing different cuts, materials and styles in one outfit! Here I am with one look composed by retro and old shorts bought in a cute boutique selling vintage clothes and accessories, in Lausanne! Add to these light shorts, the purple sweat is more convenient for cold temperatures, which was perfect, for those last few days in Switzerland. Its heaviness has nothing to do with the finesse of the shorts, but that’s what I like! I loved wearing both together, plus, my platforms are more edgy and inspire another style.
