The chicest attire for a pool day
So, following my birthday chill day (article), I also wanted to do something special in order to mark the occasion. So, again with Laura and my friend Miranda, we booked a sunbed for three at the pool of the William Vale Hotel for the day. The hotel is located in Williamsburg almost in Greenpoint though..and the view is just superb – the whole Manhattan skyline! Back to Dumbo
If you are visiting New York or even living in the city you should definitely go over bridges and take off to Brooklyn. To be honest I don’t know the Bronx. I know that Astoria, in Queens, is very hype but I have not hung out there that often. Something that I can assure you is that Brooklyn is a great borough. New York is also one of my favorite city for its coffee places and restaurants. I used to love Williamsburg so much, I still do but in a different way. The city changes so much and quickly that sometimes some memories of a neighborhood that you had are not the same anymore when you get back there. It is what happened with Williamsburg. So that was a special day after almost a week back in New York. Forti and I went for a Sunday brunch with a dear friend of mine, Leticia. First, we took a bus from Flatbush Ave. and the subway towards GreenPoint, in Brooklyn. If you haven’t been to GreenPoint yet, the neighborhood is located up North (Brooklyn) very close to Queens and only a few stops away from Manhattan. Walking in Dumbo
While my friend Gaz and I were hanging out in the neighborhood of Dumbo, in Brooklyn, he just shooted me in front of the Manhattan bridge, even though the power and strength of the wind.
