• Retro’s Calling

Flared jeans, fringed bag and faux fur are synonymous to retro vibes. What do you think about those flared trousers? A bunch of my friends think it’s from an old school style and that nobody should go back to this trend. I personally love it! I used to wear these “patte d’éléphant” as we call them in french, because the trousers have the same form as elephants feet. I like how they highlight your silhouette and shapes.  I got inspiration from the seventies for this look, I mean it is kind of an hippie one but still staying quite sophisticated. The bag is a very old one that I purchased in…

  • 70’s Vibes

By 70’s revival I mean that my outfit is mostly inspired by the key fashion elements of this period. Autumn doesn’t mean that I have to switch to tights or anything. I am sorry about what I am going to say, but transparent or flesh tint tights are a No Go (for me)! I would rather wear black tights or none, I really mean it, they make you look like you were a figure skater during a contest or any gala on ice rink…ahaha.  So, my Robert Clegerie booties are simply the best! As I am not a tall girl, their hight give me a better feeling about my…

  • Fay for Fall

This has been a pretty overwhelming start of university, but I’m definitely still on track don’t worry about that, I just needed a little moment of adaptation ;). So, last Friday, I went to visit Tag Heuer headquarters in La Chaux-de-Fonds, in Switzerland. It was just amazing to be invited to such an event. I love watches, I guess, cause I’m from Switzerland and we are really good at it, so you kinda interested about the world of watch when you’re born in Switzerland. But still, I love the complexity through mechanic, and the elegant lightness that watches combined!  An upcoming article concerning my venue to Tag Heuer that…

  • Pink Attitude

This was a pre-fall look for attending ModeSuisse fashion show in Zürich. I decided to wear my beloved vintage blouse bought in Cambridge and to combine it with more modern textures and cuts. As you already know, or should know, I am still crazy about this maxi coat! It is such a timeless piece, I think I would never get tired of wearing it! Fall just started, so I wanna keep showing my legs a little bit, but in case, any oversized jacket is needed ;)! Grey, black leather and pale rose were my three selected colors for the outfit. I didn’t know, but I was totally matching with my…

  • Gypsy Mood

Holidays are almost finished but I have to admit that I am kind of happy about it! On Monday, I will start a new major in a new University in Lucerne – Switzerland. I couldn’t be more happier to finally study something that already talks to me, even if I haven’t started yet! I will be studying Design Management International, which is so interesting! Omg I’m just too lucky! Anyway, I wanted to share with you an outfit from the past week. The bohemian mood is still on, and my love for Retro hasn’t change much. I took with me this top handle vintage Gucci bag. I am not a…

  • When Retro meets Modernity

As you may (or not) know, I love shopping in thrift shops and flea markets. I think it is so different than just ordering from the Internet, like online shopping or even going out in well-known brand stores. Something that I like particularly is antiquing  for a special piece of clothes, accessory or even furniture. I love spending time to look through and thinking that an object has already lived before and was not just made from the fabric to the boutique. I guess that I like the story of a product and telling stories as well. When you think that this was the favourite bag of your mother at your…

  • Ready for Fall?

Fall is definitely my favorite period of the year. I am so looking forward to starting layering and wearing booties with leather jacket! Seventies are still on track for this season, so don’t worry hippie-rock style will remain. Here, an inspirational day-to-night look for this autumn. I am obsessed with these stunning boots from Bally (it was literally Love – with a capital L – at first sight)! I hope you like this boho-rock kind of outfit!   Sunnies: The Row              Knitted crop top: Boohoo                Hat: Zimmermann                       Lipstick:…

  • Those white Adidas

So, as usual my friend Valou and I were together and we cannot control ourselves when it comes to shopping. We saw those beautiful and different from the well-known Stan Smith or Superstar models and we fell immediately for these ones! I mean, how could you not? Platform, white and pointed, all the need for making me happy! Most of my friends don’t like sharp shoes, but I keep telling them that it helps for pretending to have longer legs…ahaha.   We shoot these pictures while visiting Ronda in Spain, two weeks ago. It is such a radiant and ancient city with a famous bullring, called Plaza de Toros. The…

  • Baba Chic

During these hot days of summer there is nothing else better – when you don’t have your own pool to dive in, than dressing up with large and loose dresses. This feeling of freedom and lightness is the best! And this is exactly what I felt during this shooting.  Of course having the dog, Lemmy, next to me was fitting perfectly the atmosphere of the shoot and the look, in spite of the fact that he didn’t want to stay calm, but was craving for sniffing all the smells around us.  Outfit : Hat: Caroll Dress: Lavand.
