  • WHEN A COUCHE BECOMES THE TRAVEL REFERENCE

LAST WEEK I VISITED PARIS WITH MY DEAR FRIEND MARIE. PARIS WAS CROWDED OR AT LEAST THE HOTELS WERE ALL BOOKED OUT. INDEED, THE FAMOUS FRENCH TENNIS TOURNAMENT ROLAND GARROS WAS HAPPENING ON THE SAME WEEK/WEEKEND AND THERE WERE OTHER FAIRS TAKING PLACE AROUND AND IN PARIS. AS I LOVE DESIGN, I THOUGHT OF BOOKING US AN HOTEL WITH A SPECIAL LOBBY, AT LEAST TO ME. THE NEW HOTEL LE VOLTAIRE LOCATED IN LE 11EME ARRONDISSEMENTS, A LOVELY NEIGHBORHOOD NORTHWEST FROM LE MARAIS AND VERY CLOSED TO THE PLACE DE LA BASTILLE, HAS A BEAUTIFUL COUCH IN ITS LOBBY. ONE OF MY FAVORITE SWISS BRAND, DE SEDE, DESIGNS INCREDIBLE SOFA.…

  • PARIS, RUINART & VIK

A month ago I had the chance to travel to Paris and Reims with Ruinart, the oldest (1729) and famous champagne Maison. It was a dreamy experience as Ruinart is definitely my favorite champagne not only to sip but also to learn from. Indeed, every year Ruinart collaborates with an artist who creates and interprets his vision of the champagne house and its domain through several artworks. This year, Vik Muniz, the Brazilian sculptor famous for his unorthodox choices of material for his art compositions was chosen and revealed as the Ruinart’s artist 2019. After checking-in into the beautiful Hôtel National des Arts et Métiers in the 3ème arrondissement de…

  • H&M Studio: ALL SPORTY

Here is another look from the H&M Studio Collection SS17. I love the combo of K-Way outerwear with a delicate and light short. The collection is available online and in selected stores and if you wanna mix elegance with a sporty look you will be pleased. Street fashion is very hype now and the H&M Studio represents it well.  Outfit: Anorak: H&M Studio SS17 Short: H&M Studio SS17 Tights: Calzedonia Slip-on shoes: H&M Studio SS17 Pictures & video by Fortunat Lüthi XX Sarah

  • H&M STUDIO: THE RUFFLE DRESS

H&M just presented their new Spring & Summer 2017 Studio Collection yesterday in Paris. I had the chance to shoot some of the pre-released pieces from the collection in collaboration with H&M. I took advantage of the incredible atmosphere of the rooms at the wonderful Victoria-Jungfrau hotel in Interlaken. I love ruffle dress, top, and sweater, and I like to define those ruffle apparels as “Louis XIV Style”. So, no need to say that the dress matches perfectly the stunning room of the hotel.  I especially love the combination of both romantic and sporty clothes that the collection #HMStudio does englobe this year. I think it is a perfect mixture of…

  • Back in Paris with LONGCHAMP

Longchamp press presentation happened in Paris during the fashion week. I went to the incredible showroom in Rue St Honoré, and I swear the decoration was stunning. It literally felt like spring time. Full of bouquets de fleurs and green plants, each one more beautiful than the last. Too bad, I heard that I left too early, “sorry Alexa”, or should I say sorry Sarah, you missed Alexa… I would have died if I had met her. Next to Longchamp’s amazing muse, Alexa, the limited collection of the Paris Premier Couture bag was presented, elegant with sophisticated details. I WISH. Anyway the new Spring/Summer 2017 collection offers many pastel blush…

  • KENZO BOMBER

Bomber jackets are my thing and you probably know it already. I do have a pastel fake fluffy bomber, so I could not go away from that one when I first saw it! I love its pattern and combination of colors with the tiger in the back. Nothing more to add, except that the collection will be out on Thursday!  Outfit: Bomber Jacket: KENZO X HM Turtleneck: Zara Skirt: Topshop Over the knee boots: Anna Field

  • Reversible KENZO

KENZO X HM collaboration will be officially out worldwide on Thursday, November 3rd. I really cannot wait! I selected a few pieces that were available in the H&M showroom two weeks ago to show you that the capsule collection is 1) beautiful, 2) posses Kenzo DNA and 3) that crazy pieces took out of the full looks (made by KENZO) can be super-cute worn in casual outfits.  A good thing that you need to know about the clothing line, is that most of the pieces are reversible, and have usually one crazier side and a more discreet one. I think that’s a special collection that offers to the fashionistas…

  • Bohemian-Rock

Back in Paris in this bohemian-rock look inspired by Chloé. You probably have seen the squad girls “Chloégirls”, they have cool boho outfits, very loose with lace and beautiful fabric. It was almost a month ago when I left for Paris with my best friend Eva. We went to a few presentations for Paris Fashion Week, including ACNE Studios and Longchamp, I will come back to these soon. We enjoy a lovely weekend in the Fench capital. I love Ba&Sh and the style of their clothes, very bohemian, quite Frenchy and just so comfortable. We were walking around in Montmartre and stopped by this beautiful and burgundy door which was…

  • Off to Paris with TGV Lyria

You probably have seen it all on social media, however, I wanted to share my trip to Paris with TGV Lyria. You know that I am always on the train, traveling from one city to the other, for the blog and personal reason. I love the train, I think it is one of the best ways of transportation. You can work or do whatever you want during the journey, you do not need to drive for hours or spent fuel, don’t worry I am any environmental activist ;). But still, think that trains are the most convenient way to travel especially to Switzerland and to the bordering countries. I am…
