Facts about the Gstaad Palace:
Lucky enough to spend an amazing weekend with Parmigiani Fleurier flying over Château-d’Oex in hot air balloons, we got the chance to stay in the legendary Gstaad Palace Hotel. A very famous hotel located in the Swiss Alps in the ski resort of Gstaad. I had heard so much about it and here are more facts: – There is a bar slash nightclub within the hotel, called “Green Go” and not “Gringo” as I always thought it was. If you have sensitive ears, you might hear that there is a party happening downstairs. – The key of each room are old ones, very styled but also quite heavy, so you’ll…

Gstaad la Classe!
Back to the incredible weekend in Gstaad with Parmigiani Fleurier. Naturally, I had to shoot some looks in between the events. But before talking about the look and share the pictures I wanted to talk about this bar. The Gstaad Palace Hotel is clearly one of the most beautiful I have ever been to. Very cosy I felt like in my chalet (OMG her chalet must be crazy) – No, I stop you right there. What I mean by that, is that Gstaad is a wealthy ski resort in Switzerland, and the hotel is sumptuous. Like a castle backed its hill overhanging the village. It seems like a very fancy place…

WHAT A PARMIGIANI FLIGHT IN HOT AIR BALLOON!
What a weekend in Gstaad and Château-d’Oex! Look at these colorful balloons flying smoothly in the sky. I had never been either to Château-d’Oex before or flown in hot air balloons. I was just bursting with excitement. It was the perfect day and weather conditions for an hour – way too short in my opinion, to fly over Swiss mountains. Hopefully, the snow had fallen a few days before in order to offer us an amazingly sunny and cold day – the kind of winter day that I LOVE; sunny, dry air and no wind. The international festival of hot air balloons happens once a year, and it was the first…

What about a culinary journey?
If you remember my Instagram stories well, last January I was cordially invited to the Loti, one of the tasteful restaurants from La Réserve Hotel in Geneva. I am sure that it rings a bell now… right? Correct, right after my juice detox I jumped into the train and went straight to Geneva for a delicious lunch. So first of all, you need to know that the Loti has a tree right in the middle of the room. Yes, it is a real one, that gets flamboyant ornamentations following the seasons and periods of the year. It was a first for me at the Loti, so you can imagine how…

Attending the Famous SIHH 2K17
SIHH or Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie happens once a year (in January) in Geneva and is one of the most famous watches and jewelry fair next to BaselWolrd. If you are Swiss there is no need to precise how important is the watch industry in our country, but if you don’t really know about it, the SIHH is presenting the Richemont group that includes IWC, MontBlanc, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Parmigiani, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Vacheron Constantin and many more stunning Maisons. It was such a privilege for me to be attending this year SIHH. I was very excited and quite stressed about it. The watch industry is unfortunately still a men’s…

May 2K17 be healthy
Again, on a detox cure? Yepyep, believe it or not, it is actually good. I did it to start this year on the right foot, I mean, after all, the feast I had during the holidays, I felt like my body will highly appreciate it. To sum up; three days, 21 cold pressed juices (vegetables and fruits) and me, including my very gourmand mind and my noisy belly. You do the math; yes, correct, 7 juices a day. Okay, I’m joking. The purpose was to clean my body, rest my stomach and liver, and detox from all ingurgitated toxins. A detox cure made by Fit’n’Tasty, a Swiss company. I only…

Yoga brings the best
Remember about the wannabe resolutions? Well, then guess what? Yoga is the best. You might feel raw, cold and inflexible (nobody cares), but this is what gets my mind free at its best. No kidding here. Yoga empties the mind and reinforces the body. I am not event talking about Bikram. Bikram yoga will kill you, even though you might think that you’ll manage it. For those who haven’t heard about it, it is practicing 26 postures – twice, in 40 degrees Celsius within 90 minutes… Lol right? It is the hardest sport I have ever done and I love it. It makes you feel hate yourself for making you…

HEAD show backstage with MAC
MAC cosmetics is a famous makeup brand. I doubt that anyone into fashion and beauty would be a stranger to the house. Thanks to their great products, they have built a superb reputation by sponsoring most fashion shows during Fashion Weeks, musicals and theaters, as well as, in the music scenery. MAC cosmetics offers many ranges of product for a daily makeup or for any special occasions that would need further glitters. There are tons of cosmetic brands that I love, and MAC is definitely one of these. I am addicted to their lipsticks, powders, and mascaras. I wanted to share that event on the blog. It was at the…

Lovely Lunch at LaDurée
Not long ago I savored a delicious lunch at the new restaurant LaDurée in Geneva. As you know already from blogs, Instagram, and other newspapers, LaDurée just opened a tea-room and restaurant at the Four Season Hôtel des Bergues. The place is simply magical, it is like a fairy tale. The famous designer and architect, India Mahdavi, who also imagined the incredible pink restaurant and bar, Sketch in Mayfair, London, is the one to celebrate for the space. I am a big fan of her work, including the new Valentino showroom, and I couldn’t be happier to have such an amazing spot in Geneva. You can eat all day, taste…

Online and Offline on your wrist
Okay, a year ago I was thrilled by the new announcement of the TAG Heuer connected watch, after the Apple’s success story , I could not help myself wonder if I would one day have an electronic watch. I haven’t gotten a beautiful Swiss-made and traditional one, (yet – hopefully this will come with the years..haha) I did get some lovely ones and very practical but to be honest I am craving for the one watch to keep with me forever and never get tired of it. This one may cost a lot, so I’ll figure out about that one later on ;). For now, I am too curious…
